Andrea Nicklin is a certified coach in Organizational Development and Change Management. With 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, she most recently held the position of Director of Training and Development at one of the largest agencies on the eastern seaboard. In this capacity, she developed both technical and procedural training programs also contributing to the implementation of a team structure that aligned employee goals with organizational objectives, fostering an environment conducive to growth.
Andrea is dedicated to continuous learning and firmly believes that aligning the vision of the organization with that of its leadership and employees results in increased employee satisfaction, retention, and significant growth potential for the organization.
She resides in New Hampshire with her husband Mark, with whom she has 35 years of marriage, and their dog, Scout. Andrea is a passionate concert enthusiast and enjoys spending time on Florida's west coast
